The Punjab Nursing & Health Workforce Reform Program is a flagship initiative of the Government of Punjab, implemented through the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department (SHC&MED) with financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Program modernizes nursing education, strengthens institutional capacity, and establishes internationally benchmarked Centers of Excellence to produce competent, globally competitive nursing professionals.
