Procedure for Faculty Applications — MScN & PhD Scholarships

All faculty members who have secured admission, been offered a place, or applied for admission to an MScN or PhD program at any recognized national or international university are required to submit their application and relevant admission documents to the Program Implementation Unit (PIU) through the DG Nursing (DGN) Office for information, verification, and further processing under the scholarship program.

The PIU will review and verify each application against the approved eligibility criteria and scholarship requirements before recommending it for further processing.

Accordingly, all applications for availing the scholarship program must be submitted through the proper channel, i.e., through the DGN Office, along with copies of all relevant supporting documents, including the admission/offer letter, academic credentials, university/program details, and other documents required under the approved eligibility criteria.

Faculty members are therefore requested to ensure that their applications are routed through the proper channel and that PIU is kept informed of their admission/application status to facilitate timely verification, coordination with the concerned universities, and linkage with the scholarship program.
